Ann-Marie Archer

Ann-Marie Archer, PCC, is the founder and CEO of Archer & Associates, a team that provides coaching, training and executive search services for some of the world’s top high-tech, government, entertainment and manufacturing companies. 

During her long career serving in corporate roles, Ann-Marie began recognizing gaps in effective leadership, leading her to launch her own training company helping executives develop and grow emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and effective approaches to communication. She is passionate about inspiring change and understands the dynamics of growth and success.

Ann-Marie effectively guides her clients in setting and achieving personal and professional goals in a way that is measurable and effective and assists them to move past perceived blocks to create deeper personal integration. She brings intuition, training, and proven methodologies that deliver lasting and profound insights and creates opportunities for her clients to view their lives in deep and insightful ways. She shares with rare generosity, listens profoundly, and fosters conversations that leave people, teams, and companies energized, empowered, and with clear pathways to achieving the results that matter most to them.

Ann-Marie formerly served on the Board of Directors for Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS); is the former co-chair of Executive Women in Technology (EWIT) of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA); is adjunct faculty at Bellevue College teaching Performance Management, and Collaboration.  She often speaks at events honoring diversity and inclusion.
