 4-minute pitch with slide presentation followed by a Q&amp\;A session with
  the panel\, followed by panel non-rebuttal feedback. The panelists will 
 vote on a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest) to rate the company. Date and

 of 1 to 5. The investors and the startups will be connected to continue
