Crystal, a certified leadership + career coach, works with technology-driven companies to build thriving teams and companies. She co-founded Talent Collective in 2015 to develop employers through a mix of executive and workplace coaching to nurture culture and grow talent from within. Her experiences over the past decade include leading the expansion of Yelp in Canada, developing hiring + employee experience practices for startups and small businesses and coaching career transitioners. Her current side hustle includes raising a flock of chickens and sewing seeds in her greenhouse.
