We will be focusing on CleanTech Opportunities and will be presenting our new Rockies Cleantech Subcommittee during the pre-show from 10:00am-10:45am MDT. As always, we have a great lineup of deal flow opportunities for your consideration.
Join us to hear from our cleantech keynote speaker, Mr. Paul Burgon, on the topic "The Future of Advanced Recycling: Trends & Challenges".
Paul Burgon is an operations and investment professional who has run the US division of a European clean tech company, a startup, a public company, and invested over $3 billion in 80 companies. He has spent his career in mergers and acquisitions, public and private investments, and managing small companies. Recently, Paul was the CEO of Vortechs, an advanced recycling company, which he ran until a recent successful exit. Paul was also Managing Director of North America for LiqTech, a publicly traded clean tech water treatment company. Prior to LiqTech, Paul was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Steel Partners Holdings, a public holding company. At Steel Partners, Paul led 30 acquisitions and divestitures worth $1.4 billion. Paul served as interim CFO and COO of SWK Holdings, a public company, and served as Principal and Chief Financial Officer of NightWatch Capital Advisors LLC, a private investment advisor that invested in public and private securities. Paul has served on the boards of directors of both private and public companies.
