EcoVG Mental Health Monday: Who’s Driving Your Mind?
Mental Health Monday is a new addition to the EcoVG Educational Series, created to bring mental and emotional well-being into focus within the EcoVG community while fostering entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur support. Founders and investors carry a lot — decision fatigue, isolation, the pressure to always have it together — and this series is a space to slow down and talk honestly about the day-to-day battles of an entrepreneur's mind.
Our first session, led by Robert Ricciardelli is around a simple but powerful question: who's really behind the wheel when you make decisions — your goals, or old patterns running on autopilot? Before we can change our minds and our lives, we have to become aware of who is making our decisions. This session unpacks the mental patterns that quietly steer behavior and offers practical tools to build the self-awareness that precedes real, lasting change.
