On June 25th, 2024, Keiretsu Forum Northwest & Rockies marked a milestone by holding its inaugural Investment Summit in Calgary, Alberta. The event, hosted at the Calgary Petroleum Club's McMurray Room, brought together 80+ investors eager to explore investment opportunities in the city's flourishing entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event was a resounding success, showcasing Calgary's potential as a hub for high-quality deal flow and fostering valuable networking opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs.
The Summit commenced with a captivating keynote address on Lessons Learned for the NextGen of Investing delivered by Craig D'Cruze and Nick Rodrigues. This was followed by a series of presentations by five growth-stage companies showcasing their disruptive ideas across various sectors, including cleantech, IT, and finance. Each presentation was followed by an engaging Q&A session, allowing investors to gain deeper insights into the companies' offerings and investment propositions.
