Seattle, WA — April 7, 2026 — Keiretsu Forum, the world’s largest angel investment network, successfully concluded its Investor Capital Expo 2026, held on April 1–2 in the Washington Athletic Club, Seattle. The two-day event brought together a distinguished audience of family offices, angel investors, venture funds, corporate partners, and high-growth entrepreneurs from across the United States and Canada.

674 investors had joined onsite and via Zoom to hear pitches from 18 breakthrough companies and registered 1,092 investment interest over two days. The quality of deal flow, conversations, and insights reaffirmed Expo’s position as a premier platform for capital formation, strategic collaboration, and innovation discovery within the early-stage investment ecosystem.

Day 1: Curated Connections and Strategic Dialogue

The first day of the Expo was dedicated to some of the most active family office investors, VCs, and institutional investors across North America for a day centered on connection, insight, and collaboration.

A highlight of the day was the Power Matching Exchange and Speed Dating, an exclusive one-on-one meeting format powered by Keiretsu Forum’s proprietary matching system. This structured program enabled presenting company CEOs to engage directly with pre-qualified family offices, investment funds, corporate partners, and high-net-worth individuals in targeted exploration meetings. The format ensured efficiency, relevance, and depth in early-stage investment conversations.

The day also featured a robust lineup of panel discussions led by industry leaders and experienced investors. Chris Lumry, Founder of OneStepGrowth, delivered the opening keynote on Entrepreneurship, Social Impact and Learning to Flourish as a NextGen. Kyle Stanford, Director of EMEA Private Capital Research at PitchBook spoke on Top to Bottom Private Market Growth Overview.

The NextGen Tech Keynote was delivered by Christian Braemer, CEO/Co-Founder at Benefunder & Impactly, he spoke on NextGen Investment Strategies to Align the Capital Stack to Mission. The CVC Investment Panel included Angela Taylor (Founder and Managing Partner at Accelerate Growth Solutions), Dina Apostolou (CMO of Agentforce Sales at Salesforce), Steve Eichenlaub (Managing Director at Portland Seed Fund), and Brett May (Private Investor, Ex-McKinsey, GE & Cisco).

The Family Office Investment Outlook Panel included Jeremiah Baker (Growth Investor/Uncharted Community), Douglas Swift (Director of Strategic Partnerships at Ascent Capital Partners), Rick Spencer (Managing Partner - Growth Factory Ventures at Growth Factory), Craig D'Cruze (COO of Inverted Group Of Companies), and Bill Powell (Co-Founder, Managing Partner at Anthropy Partners, LLC). The AI Investment Outlook Panel comprised of X. Eyee (CEO of Malo Santo), Monte Gibbs (Founder and CEO of Sapience AI), and Martin Tobias (Managing Partner at Incisive Ventures).

These sessions provided valuable insights into current market dynamics, emerging investment trends, and the evolving role of angel and family office capital in supporting innovation.

Day 2: Showcasing Innovation and Investment Opportunities

On April 2, the Expo opened its doors to a broader audience for the flagship Investor Capital Expo, widely recognized as a cornerstone gathering of the angel investment community.

204 investors were seated at the Washington Athletic Club, and 199 joined online via Zoom to evaluate eighteen high-quality companies spanning sectors such as technology, healthcare and life sciences, consumer products, real estate, and investment funds. Each presenting company demonstrated strong value propositions, scalable business models, and the potential to address significant market opportunities.

The presentations underscored the diversity and depth of innovation currently emerging across industries, while also reflecting the continued appetite among investors for early-stage opportunities backed by rigorous diligence and strong leadership teams.

Day 2 of the Investor Capital Expo also had some incredible thought leadership. Ben Pidgeon (Executive Director at VisionTech Partners) spoke about Validating Pain: The Real Test of Customer Demand.
