Join us for an all-day due diligence workshop, featuring a mock company and a variety of guest speakers. Throughout this workshop, we will provide an overview of each role on a diligence team, along with general best practices, tips and tricks, and red flags to watch out for.
The morning will be spent providing an overview of the due diligence process, addressing each topic area within a report and identifying key questions, potential red flags, and useful research tools.
Around midday, we will begin our mock due diligence, where you will have the opportunity to participate in a simulation of due diligence on a consumer products company, working in small groups to help you get to know your fellow Keiretsu Forum members and experience the diligence process first hand!
Finally, the afternoon session will feature three guest speakers, discussing the finer points of technical due diligence on technology and life science companies.
