Keynote Speaker: Mark Girouard, CEO Stage Right Ventures

Mark is the CEO and Founder of Stage Right Ventures, an Advisory, Investment, and Technology Firm focused on building high quality companies with a successful divestment plan. His extensive background in corporate finance and transaction services uniquely positions him to provide expertise and advocacy for entrepreneurs and investors. His exclusive approach drives clients to build enterprise business value, robust financial models, integrated solutions, and profitable transactions.

Mark has an MBA in Finance from Boston College and a BA in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has a history of applying exceptional insight to diverse situations through his extensive client work, investment work, and employment experience. Mark's career has provided him with an expansive set of skills ranging from treasury operations at Pier 1 Imports to global real estate strategy for Verde Realty, a large Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and Valuation / M&A Advisory with Synergy Financial Management, an integrated Wealth Management firm.  Mark founded Stage Right Ventures to meet the growing needs of the lower Middle Market and provide unique guidance to clients making successful transitions across a wide variety of industries and complex situations.
