After moving from his hometown of Edmonton, where he ran a summer contracting business and started the UofA's first startup incubator, eHUB, Connor moved to Toronto for three years to run a division of Franchise Owners at aged 20. During that time he grew it from 2 Franchisee's to 17 and the second largest division in the country, with over 100 employees. Last fall, Connor moved across country again to be apart of the Cultivate Advisors team, which is a business advisory firm based out of Chicago whose sole mission is to grow and scale small to medium sized businesses. During his free time he is either running or at the gym, reading the latest business book, or not cheering for the Canucks (Go Oilers)
