Term Sheet Committee Meeting

The Keiretsu Forum Term Sheet Committee (TSC) provides specific feedback to participating companies on the deal terms and corporate governance.  The committee also is responsible for reviewing template term sheet documents and providing input on the evolving terms market for funding.

The TSC is composed of select members who have a particular interest in deal terms and corporate governance. The TSC reviews term sheets for incoming companies to identify potential areas of concern and help our companies more successfully fundraise from the Keiretsu Forum network.
