For Accredited Investors:
An Accredited Investor under rules of the U.S. SEC because I meet at least one of the following:

• Income over $200,000 individually (or $300,000 with spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the past two years, with expectation of the same this year;
• Net worth over $1,000,000 individually or jointly (excluding primary residence); or
• Hold in good standing a Series 7, 65, or 82 license issued by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

6 startups seeking their seed round will deliver a 4-minute pitch with slide presentation followed by a Q&A session with the panel, followed by panel non-rebuttal feedback. The panelists will vote on a scale of 1-5 (5 being highest) to rate the company.

PitchForce Virtual Format
PitchForce is a weekly competition style event for early stage startups to deliver a 4-minute pitch with slide deck to a panel of seasoned investors. There will be a Q&A session with the panel and direct feedback from the panel before they vote on a scale of 1 to 5. The investors and the startups will be connected to continue the conversation towards investment. The winner and runner up of the Pitch will receive a 1st place certificate. This event is free to attend and watch!
